Hello. My dad got a blow from a golf club yesterday. He put on ice as soon as he got it. he felt ok. little pain. Today he is feeling very dizzy. He can't move from his bed, else he wants to vomit. He vomitted three times today in the afternoon

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned the site of injury whether it is the head injury of something else. If this is the symptom of vomiting then it is the matter of concern and the area of injury needs to be sent for imaging study, clinical observation is must.
