Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Fever

I have a friend who has been admited to the hospital her white blood count is very low around 35 I believe.she is diabetic and has had a spinal stroke that has left her paralized from the waste down she has been fighting severe bed sores as wall for couple months now she has the same episodes repeatadly with fever and vomiting is there anyway to stablize this or is her body just shutting down idk noonee can seem to give us any answeres.

hello your friend hav severe leukopenia ( low white cells). this predisposes a person to infections. the cause of the low counts should be determined and infections should be prevented and treats d( if already present)
