Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Frequent Urination

hi,i am 50 years old male,i am from Tripura,i have diabetic from 35 years of age,now i am suffering from urinary problem and i have a very low pressure,my weight is 40kg,height 180cm.

my recent symptoms - vomitting. i have no control on urine,i m using ketheter. today i have done urine test.

my report is-

RBC = 8-10

Pus cells = plenty

protein = 2+

sugar = 4+

EPITHELIAL CELLS = 0-1



sir, i am staying rural area in Tripura, and now i am not getting a good doctor or prescriber, so plz suggest me a medicine,so that i can feel better;later i will go for medical check up

please help me.

* Vomiting can be managed with combination of pantoprazole with
domperidone to be taken with sips of water on empty stomach .

* Report is showing urine infection , for which can take cranberry sachet
once daily in a glass of drinking water will help till you meet the doctor
for needed antibiotic assistance .
