Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Loose Motions

I had a second c-section November 3rd. Ever since then i have had problems! after several tests all that came back was my uterus scar tissue was inflamed and infected. I took antibiotics and that seemed to help the pain. Well now im having some of the same problems, i have very loose stools it hurt to go and sometimes its even hard to go, whenever i eat, if i cant go to the bathroom i throw up. i am just not myself latley all i ever do is sleep and feel like crap!! please help

Hello,

Persistent diarrhea and/or vomiting on eating after C-section indicate that there is a problem with the gastrointestinal system and not the scar of surgery as this would have caused other problems too.

Hence, I would advise you the following in such a situation:
-Send the sample of stool for tests for 3 consecutive days
-Get the blood tests done for thyroid and liver functions, CBC as advised on clinical evaluation by a gastroenterologist
-Upper GI Endoscopy
-Colonoscopy after a proper preparation
-Ultrasonography and CT scan of abdomen is required.

All these give a proper diagnosis. Proper antibiotic, Metronidazole and probiotics should help you.

Also needed is a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone medicines as required. Other symptomatic and supportive treatment as indicated.
