Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Nausea

My son is 24 last night he felt like he was going to throw up but pooped instead but starded throwing up all night he has the runs to he was worse in the morning he would drink water or 7 up and he couldn t hold it down a little while ago he only had the runs and could hold down a glass of 7 up what can I do ?

He may be having some sort of gastritis as of now avoid spicy and oily food .
Can consider to give tab Nexpro RD once a day before breakfast or even twice a day .
Avoid food and water from outside .
Drink loop warm water for 2 to 3 days .
