Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Weakness In A Child
4 yearold twins are complaining frequently of leg pain usually in foot. yesterday abdominal pain and vomitting acompanied one of the twins symptoms. vomitting subsided after three bouts and now just a general unease and paleness to her face remains. pain in leg subsided as usual.

By what you say I feel that all these non-specific symptoms are pointing towards the diagnosis of a viral illness. That too when two kids in the household are involved simultaneously.
I suggest you alternate Ibuprofen and Paracetamol if there is need on as and when required basis.
