Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Dizziness And Stomach Pain
Hi Doctor, I am 29 and no medical history. I feel like vomiting but i'm not vomit actually for 3-4 days, dizzy and abdomen pain for sometime.. Will this be symptom of pregnant? I do a self-test but it shows negative.. fyi.. my menses will due in 1 week times.. pls help!
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Pain in abdomen, nausea and dizziness can usually be due to gastroenteritis may be in a mild form. Since your menses will be within a week, urine pregnancy tests will not be effective and blood tests for HCG can help to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. You may please send the stool and blood for tests and go for ultrasound of whole abdomen. If there is an evidence of an intestinal infection then a safe antibiotic against intestinal infection can help you the best. Also take a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone for nausea. Watch for any further development and consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations so that an appropriate management can be done as per the diagnosis and get well.
