Noted the history
nausea and
vomiting since April 24, after eating oatmeal, banana, walnuts, cinnamon and lactose free milk, started feeling nausea within 30 minutes of taking these and now subsides for a short time after eating something.
All your history indicates the following:
One of the components you ate caused
gastritis and hence the feeling.
I would suggest you the following:
Stop consuming oatmeal, walnuts and cinnamon as one of these is causing you the problems.
Get started on a PPI like
Omeprazole,
Antacid and have soft bland diet to quieten the existing problem.
Then one by one consume the things in small quantities to know what is causing the problem and stop the one thus found for lifetime.
This is curative treatment.
Continue medications till you are alright.
