Hi.my daughter is one month old and she is vomiting from birth .she was weighing 3.33kg at time of birth .After one month she is 4kg and she is still vomiting and doctor advice her junior lanzol.plz tell me why junior lanzol is given to my daughter.what problem she is facing.
