Hello Doctor nowadays for the past 4 days I can't see the documents properly and not able to see the computer properly whenever I give pressure and check with the system at that time tears is coming from my eyes and eye color is changing in red color

you are having epiphora. this may be due to blocked nasolacrimal duct. might be there is dacrocystitis punctum dilatation and syringing is required and tobe repeated. oflacin .3% eye drop to be applied 4times daily.
