i am 28 years old. i have night fallsproblem, when see any sex movie jelly type water come on my penis, my semen type is low and water type, think so my sparm count is also low,when my age 16-17 i hve masturbate but recent ican stop this. when i masterbate semen come vey quickly, in my penis some red pimple typedone. plz some medicine.

don't be so much worried.thin semen dosen't mean low sperm count.if you have doubt you can go for semen examination.for night falls and early ejaculation i generally prescribe anti anxiety drugs like clonazepam and paroxetine. don't feel depressed about masturbation ,it dosen't lead to your problem.
