Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

According to your symptoms possibility of cerebral symptoms.
If you are having similar episode then you need to consult neurophysician for further management.

When such patient comes to my hospital we usually do MRI brain.
As there can be possibility of space occupying lesion, or some cystic lesion.
Some medication like analgesic [paracetemol] will reduce pain and throbbing.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
