Suggest Treatment For Weakness And Loss Of Appetite

My wife is taking defcort 6mg alternate day since last 9 years for the problem of lungs fibrous. Since the ct scan shows stability, doctor advised stop the defcort gradually, i.e 6mg, 3mg, 1mg. She followed the same and stopped taking Defcort. Now she becomes weak, no hungry. What is remedy for this.

try regular exercises,
walking and jogging should serve the purpose,
follow balanced diet..
keep away from worries...
counsel her...
things should improve..
