Suggest Treatment For Weakness In Hands And Legs

My age is 70 years, from last 2 months I am feeling that my hands and legs have not enough strength as 2 months before. I have high blood pressure and take 1 Dytor tab every day but recently it falls to 120/70 so after consultation with my doctor presently I take 1/2 Dytor tab every day and also do my helth check up as per his advice and all the reports are normal. Please help since I have not been benefited for his suggestion

Generlized weakness in both limb.. may be due to dehydration. ... after fever... decrease level of vit. B12... and many more things...

You are advise to keep your body hydrated. ... get done serum vit b12 level... and if it dcrease then...go for injection course...
