Suggest Treatment For Weight Gain While On Enteral

I ve been taking enteral for 6months now , I haven t had a migraine ,but I ve gained about 6 kg .. I m always tried and can t be bothered exercising .. I m very happy that I haven t had a migraine ... But very upset that I m gaining weight and don t feel like exercising ... I ve also got cold hand and joint pain in them .. Is there anything that I can do or take that will helps me .. Janine

It is sometimes difficult to start exercising but exercise is important not just for weight loss but it helps to improve heart function and also helps with a number of other areas of the body.

There are medications that would help with weight loss but they still would not have the same effects of exercise.
You should choose a format that best suits you eg dancing, walking, a sport, swimming, exercise videos , a trainer etc

Joint pain can be related to different causes such as arthritis, trauma. It may be best to see your doctor for assessment.
