Hai raj,
As physical and mental fitness is recommended for healthy living.
as taking non vegetarian food will lead to weight gain as because they are high calorie and fat foods.
generally if you take high calorie food and more than the recommended calorie for your height and weight per day obviously there will be a weight gain.

dairy products, tuber vegetables, nuts, sweets, junk foods will increase weight.

on the other hand weight gain should be in a healthy way without affecting your body.
