HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Weight gain can be achieved by increasing calorie intake and decreasing energy output. The opposite of what is done for weight loss.

This means increasing the calories that you ingest from your food and drink. This can be done by: (1) increasing portion sizes
(2)increasing the frequency of meals
(3)using snacks between meals
(4)adding dressings/oils/butter/peanut butter to meals or snacks to increase caloric value

To decrease energy output you would need to: (1)decrease any fidgeting
(2)decrease aerobic exercise

I hope this helps
