Hello,
This is Dr. Papaqako answering your question.

In general the veins become visible when the skin is thinner. The fact that you have lost weight, means that you lost some of your fat under the skin, that may explain the changes of the colors that you have noticed recently.
What makes me concerned though is the weight loss.
I would suggest to consider a visit to your family doctor or let me know in HCM about these information that I will need to have:
--How was your weight 2 months before? If you have been trying any diet or trying to lose weight in any way possible or the lose of weight was spontaneous. Need to know this because for people who are overweight and trying to lose, that weight lose may be normal. If that is not your case, then you should investigate the reason of weight lose.
--Any other symptoms? Loss of appetite, general fatigue, your health in general or any medication that you are taking?
--Any labs you have done recently?

All of this will help your doctor or me give you a accurate answer.

Hope this helps.
Please let me know if I can help more with your query.
Take care.
