Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss While On 'chromax'

I am 47 years old, 165 cm height and my weight is 83 Kg. I am taking the Chromax 2 times a day before the meals but I am loosing weight. I am not on a diet but I am controlling my meals. I am doing 3 times exercises a week for the last month. What would you recommend me to do?

All medications like Chromax do have adverse effects.

Possible side effects of chromium picolinate include:
Unexplained bruising
Nosebleed
Skin rash or blisters
Urinate less than normal
Feel very tired
Loss of appetite
Nausea or vomiting
Sleep disturbances
Headache
Dizziness



Try the natural way .
Although there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
