Hi, I am female 45 years old, desk job. All my life I was overweight with regular headaches and I used to eat a lot of painekillers. But 6 years ago I lost 20 kg and since then I keep my weight stable 57kg/161cm. I eat healthy most of the time and I do fitnes-every day walking 6km, 2hrs aerobic and 3hrs weights per week-at least. My problem is afer some period I feel my body is in a pain and tired, but I do not like to rest or sit dooing nothing. My diet is also somehowe wrong, because once a while I have to eat biscuits to have more energy.I eat very little meat, no sugar, no fat, no junk or procesed food. I do not want to be fat again, but on other hand this life style makes me sometime tired and hungry. Despite of that I want to lose few more kg of fat. I will be greateful for your advice how to improve my life.
