Suggest Treatment For Weird Sensation With Sleeplessness

im currently having the sensation that im free falling as i try to fall asleep and while i sit or stand idly doing nothing. i just went a few roller coasters withen the past 12-16 hours and have not been able to fall alseep because of the sensation. Should i be worried?
