After waking I experience a cough that lasts spasmodicaly for about half an hour. It produces little in the way of phlegm, and what is produced is hard jelly-like and about the size of a pea. I cannot stop the cough which then stops as I mentioned after a half hour. It is very annoying. I am going overseas shortly and my concern is that I dont wish to disturb fellow passenngers should I start coughing. Are there any solutions to this annoying problem.
