Suggest Treatment For White Color Vaginal Discharge

Hi there, I have a question in regards to a vaginal issue. I think I might have some sort of infection, but before I consult a doctor I would like to know what it might be. The things I am experiencing is vaginal discharge in my underwear. It is both a white and very light yellow colour. I also have a feeling like I have to urinate a little more often than I should, but then again I do drink a lot. I am also concerned about the sour smell..if that was just normal or not. I was wondering if this could be severe or something I can treat myself. Any possible treatments? Thank you kindly.

Hello,

There are a number of organisms causing vaginal infection. Out of which the most common causes which result in vaginal discharge are trichomoniasis, candidiasis, vaginosis. All are easily treatable with respective medicine. You need to visit gynecologist to decide which infection is present. For time being use a vaginal wash of 3.5 pH to clean private parts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
