OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that you may be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease so I will suggest you to do a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen. Start a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 10 days and have Pantoprazole course for 10 days and anti-spasmodic Drotaverine for cramping pain for 5 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
