Suggest Treatment For White Hairs

dr. i am jasvinder singh live in new delhi i am 23 years i am facing white hair problem in my head....& i am lil bit varied...ki in future ye problem bread na face krni pade....so my dermatologist suggest me to use pabatab bz thrice a day....i am using pabatab since from 4thoct2011....i just want 2 knw u ki its beneficial...if i regular use...so is it possible...that white hair turn into black......plz dr. rply me asap...!

Thank you for writing to HCM.

White hair may be caused due to stress, medication, usage of chemicals/dyes, genetics, nutrition/diet issues etc.

I would advice you to continue using Pabatab-bz as it contains Para aminobenzoic acid, biotin and calcium panthotenate ,daily once for minimum 6 months. These supplements are necessary for hair and it helps in preventing premature graying of hair.
Apply altris gel it contains melitane which prevents and reverses graying of hair by stimulating melanin production.

Avoid caffeine containing drinks and smoking.

Eats plenty of fresh fruits and spinach.
