hy i was hoping you would be able to really help me please. my sister is 6 years old and she has a white patch on her forehead on one side. she is asian and the patch is really white. i think its pigmented skin and we don't know what to do about it. our local gp said that some children are just born like that and there's nothing that can be done. is this true because i'm sure there must be some sort of treatment available please?
