Suggest Treatment For White Patch On My Pubic Area

I was just shaving my pubic area and noticed I have this thing right inside of me, it is whitish and looks like a round ball about the size of a half dollar, it feels hard to the touch, what could it be, I am 55 years old and have not had a period for 3 years.

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you may have lipomatosis of Mons pubis secondary to localised scleroderma.
my treatment advise would be:
1.only way to confirm diagnosis is biopsy.
2. you may apply topical Tacroz (0.1%) ointment twice a day for about 6-8 weeks.
3.. other options can be topical imiquinod, topical betamethasone and calcipotriol combination that can be applied only after consulting a dermatologist.
consult a dermatologist nearby for proper treatment.
wishing you healthy skin
thank you
