Suggest Treatment For White Spots On Chest And Back
Hi, I have a skin condition and was woundering if you could help me find a way to get rid of it. I'm really not trying to spend money by going to the hospital. I'm actually thinking its a fungus problem, like When I start working hard or begin to sweat i get itchy and there like white spots on my chest back and now working down my arm. Its like dry skin it peels off but not like a sun burn where that comes off in large quanities. It doesnt hurt at all but i do know its spreding and not rapidly. like Im leaning towards some kind of fungus but idk for sure. when i get hot the spots get red and itchy but then settle down and go regular white. its like i went tanning and put little stickers all over and peeled them off when i was finised if you know what i mean?

This condition can most likely, be Pityriasis versicolor ; a fungal infection which causes hypopigmented (light colored) lesions on trunk and arms, usually. The most effective treatment for this condition is Tablet Fluconazole 400mg once, to be repeated after 3 weeks and topical Ketoconazole lotion 2% , twice a day ; to be applied on the affected site.
