I have white spots on my hands and feet that are more prominent when exposed to sun Is it a fungus that can be treated with tea tree oil? I have tried lotramin but it doesn t do anything but make them whiter. Tea tree oil makes them whiter too. What can I do to treat it, to make it go away? Please advise.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having post inflammatory hypo pigmented spots.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a tacrolimus 0.03 %ointment once at night on spots.
3. Take an antioxidant like Cap.Antoxid-hc once daily for 3 months.

It will take around 3 - 4 months for complete recovery.

Thanks.
