Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM The condition you have described is called pityriasis versicolor, a superficial skin infection caused by a fungus. I would recommend you 2 single dose of oral fluconazole 400mg with a gap of 15 days. Apply ketoconazole cream twice a day. Use shampoo containing ketoconazole and selenium sulfite for rinsing daily.
