Hi,

As per your query you have white spots on the tongue which is mainly due to:
- Nutritional deficiency of Iron Vitamin B12, folate,
- Stress
- Dehydration
- Fungal infection.

I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and take diet rich in multivitamins. Apply numbing gel on tongue. You should definitely consult an oral physician once and get evaluated and start treatment as per that. Maintain oral hygiene, scrap off tongue in mild manner and do oral nystatin rinses. Symptoms will resolve in a week.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
