Suggest Treatment For Whole Body Itching While On Benadryl

for almost two weeks now I have experienced different places on my body first itching and then once I scratch at that spot it become inflamed, pink and warm to the touch. It goes from one place on my body to another. From the bottom of my feet, to my arms, to my legs, to my breast and then even this last weekend my right eye was swollen almost all the way shut....seems like my body may be reacting to something and nothing seems to help it....ice packs, warm compresses, cortisone, Benadryl....any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Hi,

I am sorry for the allergy reaction you are going through.
Most probably an insect bite might have cause this: check your body for any are where you might have been bitten.

Next, please recall any new food or cosmetic product or any new detergent you might have started recently prior to itching appearance?

Sometimes, itchiness might last for up to 3 or 6 weeks (acute urticaria) with different body parts being affected (as in your case).

If it won't stop or get worse, should consult with dermatologist as might need prescription meds.
