Suggest Treatment For Wound Caused Due To Biodegradable Stitches

I have biodegradable stitches in , it s been four weeks and the stich is supposed to fall out by now . The cut under neath has healed completely and there is still just a few stub left that hadn t gone away .please help me get rid of these bits faster !

hi.thank you for writing to healthcare magic.you are having just a postoperative wound.apply antibiotic cream like fusiderm ointment twice daily on the area for 7 days.take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days ,if you have pain in the wound.maintain good hygiene over the wound area.dont scratch the wound area.thank you.
