Suggest Treatment For Wound On The Back

Due to a bike accident I suffer a deep wound in my back. I washed the wound by SAVLON solution and then used BETADINE molume 2 times in a day.Now can I apply SOFRAMYCINE molume on my wound ? Is it necessary to take antibiotic ? If antibiotic is necessary please name the antibiotic which is suitable for me. I also suffer a small pain on the effected areas. The accident was happened just 24 hours ago. Please suggest your opinion for me.

thanks for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your query, you have a deep wound following accident.
my treatment advise would be:
-- maintain hygiene.
-- regular dressing with sterile gauze and Betadine ointment twice a day.
-- you can take a course of antibiotics preferably tab augmentin 625 mg qid for 7 days, if not allergic.
-- you can take pain killer like tab ibuprofen.
-- yes, you can apply soframycin, but since you are already applying Betadine ointment.. continue with that.
-- also take a tetanus vaccine, if not immunized previously.
