Suggest Treatment For Wrist Pain After Treated Broken Forearm

I had a history of broken forearm during my 3rd grade. It was 'corrected' in the hospital during that time (i forgot whats my age but im really small that time), no surgery involved. I guess they pulled my arm or somewhat to have my bones realigned.

It successfully healed through time. I can do normal stuff without hindrance but I cant really twist it to maximum in counterclockwise direction compared to my right forearm. When I do, i can feel 'lock pain' in my left wrist (somewhere in the wrist joint?). I am also into bodybuilding so lifting weights is crucial to me and I cant go past 15 lbs. due to maximum pain tolerance.

Can it be corrected through surgery? Is there a muscle hindering the bones or tendons while it tries to recover?
