Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I don't think one can get common human STD's like
Genital herpes, HIV, Gonorrhea Or Chlamydia from an altogether different species.
Humans are the only carriers of these STD's.
After going through the description I feel that the foul smelling
vaginal discharge, stinging/ burning sensation is most likely due to
bacterial vaginosis.
Moreover, since you have never been sexually active therefore it is unlikely that the vaginal discharge is the result of an STD.
Bacterial vaginosis is not an STD.
It is due to an alteration of resident
vaginal flora and factors like vaginal douching can be responsible.
The routine course of action is to give an oral antibiotic to cover for the most probable causative organisms of bacterial vaginosis
Metronidazole, tinidazole are the drugs of choice in vaginitis due to bacterial vaginosis.
I suggest that you shed you anxieties regarding an STD and visit a doctor for a confirmatory diagnosis.
