Hi Prasad Sir i have been facing Jock Itch from so many years. its getting worse and now i am suffering with yeast infection .Itching on my Penile Tip and i could see some white moisture on my tip. To much itching around my waist , buttocks and penile.Consulted many docters in hyderbad but my issue still exists . I feel uncomfortable on in nights and have so many sleep less nights with so much of irritation and itching ..Please help me out with the best medicines .
It may be fungal infection. Tinea corporis and Tinea cruris. It is hard highly contagious and infectious skin disease. It may occur repeatedly even after treatment. May be due to unknown resistance to the treatment.
Improve hygiene and immunity along with the treatment. I would recommend you to take Itroconazole twice a day with antihistaminics for few months. Apply Sertaconazole cream. Take bath in dettol-mixed water. Avoid soap bath.
