Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection

I have been experiencing what I thought was a yeast infection for 10 weeks now. I am 31 weeks pregnant and My doctors thought it was just a tough strain of yeast since my immune system was down. I took 4 mono stat kits then they prescribed me a pill and creme which didn t work...then another doctor put me on antibiotics thinking it was a bacteria. On the last day of taking those pills my husband looked and said it was all cleared up. Then I stopped taking those antibiotics and it slowly started itching and burning again and red blotches appeared on my inter labia then in the crease of my outer labia it looks like tears or my skin being eaten away. It burns and itches. Two doctors looked at it and concluded by sight alone they didn t think it was pre cancerous but I was reading online about how VIN can sometimes be caused by HPV. Interestingly, my husband has genital warts and I developed two warts after we had intercourse.

Hello,

You are advised to apply ointment Clotrimazole on the area affected. Take care of your hygiene. Do not touch or scratch as it will cause infection to spread. Since your husband has genital warts, maintain abstinence while he is being treated.

Get clinically examined by your Gynae, get tested for HPV infection, get treated. To prevent recurrent yeast infection, cut on alcohol, sugars, toxic metals, avoid taking food that have additives. Take probiotic rich food, green tea, include cinnamon, turmeric, onion, garlic in your regular diet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
