Hello
I really appreciate your concern.
Looking at your description I will put forward following possibilities
1. fissure of fistula in Ano
2. Hemorrhoids
3. perianal or ischiorectal abscess
4. spurious diarrhea
I would advise you to follow these guidelines
1. avoid
constipation by taking laxative like lactulose or stool softeners like liquid paraffin
2. Sitz bath twice daily, do let me know if you like to know how to take sitz bath.
3. have lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and
dietary fiber supplement in your diet
4. Wear loosely fitted undergarments and be watchful if bleeding occurs
5. maintain good hygiene, wash your hands every time you wipe it.
6. Avoid fatty fried junk and spicy food.
7. you can use anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine to be applied locally on perianal region for pain relief.
If it persists even after that than you need to see a
general surgeon for per
rectal examination or proctoscopy/
colonoscopy if need be.
Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
