Hello, my boyfriend has a spot on top of his Cupid bow, towards the left a little, anyway, this isn t new, he has acne as he s only 15 but this spot has swollen up a bit of his lip and it s yellow (presume it s the puss), do you think it s infected or should it go down soon?
