Suggest Treatment For Yellowish White Penis Discharge
i have a yellowish white discharge in my penis for a week now and it causes green stains in my underwear (i suspect i have gonorrhea) and i always feel this urge to pee, after peeing, i almost feel the urge to take a dump and when i do, almost always nothing comes out. yesterday, after masturbating (after a week) i feel some discomfort in my genitals, first, as i cum i feel like my testes is being squeezed hard. secondly, i feel some lining pain from under my testes to my anus. please help me

Conditions like urethritis has to be considered. A culture and sensitivity of the discharge has to be done. Antibiotics like ciplox has to be considered empirically.
