Sir

I got married 3.5 year back but till date we have no baby.

I taken too much medicinen Like...Tab.Restore,Inj.HUCOG,Powder MEXOZA.

but result ZERO.

In HSA sprem count showing NIL

Hi,

As a first step, you should have your testicular biopsy done to confirm the presence or absence of the production of sperms. If the testes are producing sperms, then it shows that there is blockage in the spermatic cord. It may be tried to remove the blockage surgically. However, if there is no presence of sperms, then IVF is the only alternative left.
