Suggest Treatment Needed After Burning Oil Splashes In Eye

Hi I was cooking and hot oil splashed into my face but my eye did not start burning until later I feel like there's a little something bothering me but I cant see nothing so now I'm thinking it may have been oil that actually splashed a bit into my eye when I was cooking.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi.. thanks for the query..
It could be a chemical reaction to the oil or a minor corneal abrasion..
You can use some lubricating eye drops for relief..
If burning persists you need to consult an ophthalmologist..
Take care..
