Hi welcome to healthcaremagic, I understand your query and concern. Systemic sclerosis is a connective tissue disorer which needs regular follow up and medication lifelong.I advise her to get an ECG,2D Echo,HRCT lung,Renal function tests immediately to look for any pulmonary hypertension and Renal pathology.Continue her present medication and she may also need low dose steroids and prophylactic bosentans and tab.Domperidone thrice daily.I also advise to get her blood pressure, heart rate and arterial blood gas analysis regularly. Also get Upper GI endoscopy to look for any oesophageal ulcers . Consult your rhematologist regularly. Thank you.
