Suggest Treatment Options For Macular Pucker With Excess Edema

I have a macular pucker, epiretinal membrane. My vision has decreased in 4 months and it appears that I have some increased edema. My left eye has 20/20 vision. How can ayurveda help in the treatment of a macular pucker, maybe some fluid and reduce the edema? What types of treatment would be available? How long before I would notice a shift?
