I have had chronic diarrhea for several years. I just had colonoscopy that showed petechiae and mildly congested mucosa in the three areas of colon. what are my options for treatment. This is first positive signs of anything wrong. Test usually come back negative
Hi. As per your case history of petechie. My treatment advice is - 1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk. 2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily. 3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
