Hi , I am working woman & i ahve 8-9hrs sitting job,after returning home i dont have energy to do any work.Even if i Sleep for 12hours , i feel like to sleep more .Energy is no more in my body. Can u please help me for some suppliments which help me to be more energetic and i will complete my sleep in the night.

hello... thanks for your query on HCM... its a very much a normal feature for all to have such similar symptoms.. there is nothing abnormal in you.. everyone has the tendency to sleep more when they have already slept more... i would suggest you to do a bit of relaxation after your work.. do keep your mind clear and calm, do some breathing exercises, try going for a walk listen to music do things that may sooth you.. do get involved into productive work... dont have any negative thoughts.. do be happy... try these changes in your lifestyle, things will surely improve in due course.. wish you good health...
