Suggest Treatment To Conceive After Family Planning Operation

Sir, One of my friend want to get a baby, she went already Family Planning Operation(FPO) 8 months back. The couple have had a baby girl age 4 years, and recently they got baby boy. At the age of 5 months, in this month, July 2014, the baby boy was died. So, they went under depression after this event. And they want two children in their family. They want to get second baby again.Requesting to suggest. is it possible to get baby even after having FPO.Thanks in advance.M.Eranna.Bangalore.

Am not sure of what operation they did carried out if it was a bilateral tubal ligation or a hysterectomy. If it was a hysterectomy, then the possibility is to get a surrogate mother as the only means of her having her own baby

If the operation was a tubal ligation, the option will be invitro fertilisation and artificial insermination of the zygote. Manipulation of the tubes increases the risk of ectopic pregnancy and reversal of tubal ligation is not in practice.
