Cardiologist 's  Response

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern, and would like to explain that you can try 25 mg of Captopril sublingual, or Nitroglycerin 500 mcg s/lingual. If your left arm complains persist, then you should immediately consult an ER doctor in the hospital, to rule our any possible cardiac events. You need to closely monitor your BP values and consult your GP or cardiologist for a maintenance anti-hypertensive therapy.
