This may be a feature of
diabetic neuropathy. The symptoms often develop in feet first. They develop in patients with long standing diabetes (atleast 5 years).
You may try to get an NCV test done, the results may help confirm the diagnosis.
he treatment says good sugar control (you already are well controlled- still test an
HbA1C). And you can try
Pregabalin and
methylcobalamin (often prescribed in a combination). This may help you a lot.
